Cancellations—
At Josephs we have an advance booking fee policy of 25% of the cost of your service, this booking fee will be deducted from your service total bill when you visit the salon. If you can not give 48 hours notice of cancelling your appointment the booking fee will be charged although with discretion. Our salon policy ensures that we can offer more reliable appointment availability and service to all of our clients. Thank you for all your cooperation.
Arrivals+
Please ensure you are able to arrive on time for your appointment as your stylist will often be fully booked; if you arrive more than 15mins late they may not have enough time to carry out your service

Gift Certificates+
Why not treat someone! Joseph’s Gift Certificates can be purchased at our salon in St Margaret’s or Twickenham and redeemed against all haircuts; technical services, hair treatment services and hair care products in the salon. Whether it’s five pounds towards a hair product, twenty pounds towards a hair treatment or a hundred pounds towards a haircut and hair colour.
Gift Boxes+
We can also put together a salon Gift Box containing a variety of KEVIN MURPHY, KERASTASE, NASHI ARGAN, KEUNE Hair care products, hand-selected by one of our salon stylists to reflect your recipient’s hair requirements. Please visit one of our salons in Twickenham or St. Margaret’s or call our reception to purchase either Gift Certificates or Gift Boxes. Gift boxes are start from £45 We are able to send the items out for you (with an additional P&P charge).
Recommendations+
We recommend that all hair appointments are booked in advance, either by phone or by using our online booking system – walk-in haircuts and hair colours may also be obtainable on the day.
