Customer Satisfaction
Services are non-refundable.
If you are unhappy, please let us know within 48 hours so we can offer a corrective service free of charge.
Corrections are valid only if the issue is a mistake by the stylist, not a change of mind.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Please give us 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Less than 48 hours’ notice: £50 fee will apply.
Missed (no-show) appointments: £50 fee and future bookings may be on a walk-in only basis.
Late Arrivals
If you are 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
Retail Returns
Products may be returned within 7 days for in-salon credit only. Items must be unused and in original condition.
Children
Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
Services for guests under 18 require a signed consent form.
Gift Certificates
Valid for 12 months from purchase.
Non-refundable, not redeemable for cash.
Must be presented at time of service.
Head Lice Policy
For health and safety, we cannot perform services if head lice are present. Services may be rescheduled once treatment is complete.

To ensure you get the time and stylist you prefer, we recommend booking your hair appointments in advance by phone or through our online booking system. Walk-in haircuts and colours are sometimes available, so feel free to drop by – we’ll do our best to accommodate you!”
