Michelle has been doing my hair for 5 years and has helped me through many of my own DIY disasters. I have quite thin flat hair and I always leave the salon with fuller looking bouncy fabulous locks! Michelle is a miracle worker with colour and I always get loads of compliments on how well it's done. If you ever have a fancy event to go to, she also does fantastic hair styling! Jay has also done my hair a few times, and is also fantastic! Highly recommend Josephs and I will not be going anywhere else or DIYing in future!

She understands colour in hair to the point of perfection and is a true talent in her work!! She really cares about your hair coming out well and because of her attention to detail she succeeds!
